Kelen at 6 months old

My baby is now 6 months old.  I want to say the time flies, but there are time having 4 kids 5 and under that it does not.  But I still have a hard time believing my little boy is getting so big!
Kelen's stats:
Weight: 19 lbs. 5 oz. (80 %)
Height: 28 inches (95%)
Head circumference: 17.2 inches (65 %)

Kelen is a happy boy!  He loves when we hold him or talk to him.  He loves having Vaden as a big sister because she sits with him, reads to him, plays with him, etc.  Kelen is rolling everywhere.  He is starting to scoot himself places but is still figuring that out.  He is making noises and 'talks' to us.  He doesn't take a pacifier, but he sucks on his hands and anything else he can get his hands on:)  He is sleeping through the night and taking 2 naps a day, though the naps aren't on a schedule yet.
We have started to feed him more.  He is eating rice cereal and baby food, no problem.  He is definitely one of our better eaters and is a big, growing boy.  He is in 12 month clothing.  He loves being outside and doing all the fun things we do with the older kids.  He does get nervous when Emmet is around.  I think he recognizes everyone and knows that Emmet is not always so nice.  He doesn't have any teeth yet.  Kelen is content to hang out on the carpet watching everyone else and grabbing at anything that comes within reach.  He also likes to be in his bouncer.  He bounces all the time.  We are so glad to have him in our family and can't wait to see him grow.

Downtime

I have been trying to get some projects done when I have the time.
I recently finished Kelen's bear to add to the others.
 Kelen's bear.
 Emmet's bear.
 Vaden's bear.
 Asher's bear.
I am grateful to be able to do fun things for my kids.
Emmet is learning to play with Kelen.  He usually does a good job, but every once in a while get's to rough.  Kelen will be a tough kid:)
We also have had a bout of sickness.  Asher got the flu.  Then the rest of them got Hand, Foot and Mouth disease.  Not fun!
Emmet got it the worst.  Vaden and Kelen just got a mild case were they only had a few blisters.
But here are some pictures of the blisters that Emmet got.
We are glad that they are all healthy and happy now!

Haircuts and Cousin

With Summertime being here I gave the boys haircuts.
 Don't they look so handsome!
 Love it!
The kids have fun hanging out together and playing.  I'm so glad they have each other:)
Emmet is a crazy, silly boy who never stops going.

We were lucky to have a visit from Julie, Robert, Wendy and her kids.
It's always fun to see everyone and play games.
Asher loves Townsend, but he sure has gotten TALL since we saw him last.
Tenna playing with Kelen.  We sure wished they were moving closer to us so we could have a babysitter:)  But we are happy that they are moving closer even if it's still a few hours away.
 The Crockett's!
Vaden absolutely loved having Tenna around to play with her.  She usually has to play with the boys, but not with Tenna here:)

Asher's Preschool Graduation

Asher went to preschool this last year and had a special graduation a few weeks ago.
Grandma Haddock came to see Asher graduate.
Asher and his class getting ready to perform some songs for their parents.
Asher walking to get his diploma.
What a big kid.  He is a super smart little boy and he loves school.
We are so proud of you Asher.
They also showed a slideshow of the kids during the school year.

Asher will his teachers!

Vaden's Preschool Party

Vaden went to preschool this last year and she had a class party that we went to a few weeks ago.
Here is her class following one of her teachers in singing time.
