The Mesa Temple had international nativities just like that a few Christmases in a row and they were amazing! I couldn't believe the intricacy of most of them. Some of my favorite were the Russian nesting-egg doll nativities (okay, so I looked up their real name and it's more complicated than nesting-egg doll).
