Easter Recap

The kids were very excited for Easter this year!
Asher was pretty sure it would be just like Christmas because the Easter Bunny would bring us presents if we are good.  It's great that he is understanding more about holidays and birhthdays and is excited about them, but it makes it difficult that he doesn't understand that they are different and not everyone gets presents every time:)
The kids have fun all week because they get to find Easter Eggs and hide them over and over again.
In fact, I don't even fill them up because the best part is finding them.  At least for Asher, Vaden figured out that there are treats inside the eggs so she would get one and bring it to us to open right away so she could have her treat.
We went to our ward's Easter Party and played games.
We also had a big Easter Egg Hunt!
The kids absolutely loved finding the eggs.
There was another girl that was by Vaden for a while and kept picking up Vaden's eggs and putting them in her basket for her.  Vaden kept getting upset (me too) because she wanted to do it herself.  It was nice of the other girl to want to 'help' but it wasn't helpful.  I finally just moved Vaden somewhere else so she could find the eggs herself.
After the games and egg hunt we had popsicles.  It was a fun Easter with the kids.
